Nextcloud Care — Check. Protect. Improve.
The health of your Nextcloud instance,
always under control.
NC Care is a Nextcloud app that keeps an eye on your instance for you: updates, security, installed apps and availability of the service. When something is wrong, you get an alert before your users notice.
How it works
Easy to install, light to keep running
The nccare app is installed in your Nextcloud instance like any other app. Regularly, it collects the technical state of the instance and sends it securely to the NC Care portal, which analyses it and shows it on a single screen.
Only technical data is sent (versions, security checks, installed apps, state of the services), never your users' content or their files. What is sent is described in detail in the app settings, and you can disable the app at any time.
Security & Compliance
Health score of the instance, outdated versions and settings that need fixing.
Uptime monitor 24/7
Continuous availability checks, with an immediate alert if the instance stops responding.
Email and Telegram
You choose which events matter to you and on which channel to receive alerts.
App checks
Which apps are installed, which have an update available and which are no longer compatible.
Weekly summary
An email with the state of your instances, without opening the portal.
Several instances, one account
Manage all your Nextcloud instances from the same customer area.

tar xzf /path/to/nc-care-nextcloud-app-1.0.5.tar.gz
chown -R www-data:www-data nccare
