You can find it in the NC Care app panel in Nextcloud. If you cannot find it, enter the domain anyway: we will link it during activation.
Where do I find my instance ID?
  1. Log in to Nextcloud as an administrator.
  2. Open Administration settings → NC Care.
  3. Under Registration status copy the value of Installation ID (for example 74c9da23-bf75-431f-806f-bb7459495a9d) and paste it here.
You can also enter the domain (for example cloud.company.com), but it only works if the NC Care app has already sent its first report and the domain matches the Instance address shown in the same panel. The ID is unique: when in doubt, use it.
